Safety rules
Scope and Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") describes the content and conduct that are not allowed on VoyajeBoard, the travel planning service operated by Voyajer Media LLC ("VoyajeBoard," "we," "us," or "our"). VoyajeBoard, the voyajeboard.com website, and the VoyajeBoard mobile and browser apps are properties of Voyajer Media LLC. The Policy keeps VoyajeBoard safe, trustworthy, and useful for travelers planning trips together. This Policy is part of, and incorporated into, the VoyajeBoard Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.The VoyajeBoard Community Guidelines explain the same expectations in plain language for everyday community use. If this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service govern.
Who This Applies To
This Policy applies to everyone who accesses or uses VoyajeBoard, including account holders, trip members, collaborators, guests, and anyone who submits content, comments, reviews, media, or other material. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload, post, transmit, encourage, organize, promote, or link to content that includes:
-Hate and discrimination. Hate speech, dehumanizing content, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, immigration status, or other protected traits.
-Harassment and abuse. Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, humiliation, targeted abuse, doxxing, unwanted sexual attention, or coordinated abuse.
-Sexual exploitation. Sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, solicitation of sexual services, or pornographic content.
-Violence and safety risk. Graphic violence, threats, incitement, instructions to commit violence, praise of violent harm, self-harm encouragement, or content that creates a credible safety risk.
-Illegal content. Illegal content, criminal solicitation, fraud, trafficking, weapons sales, illegal drug sales, sanctions violations, or instructions for unlawful activity.
-Infringing content. Unauthorized copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade secrets, and content that violates another person's publicity or privacy rights.
-Deceptive content. Spam, scams, phishing, deceptive links, malware, manipulative engagement schemes, fake reviews, or promotional content that is not authorized by VoyajeBoard.
-Private information. Another person's personal information posted without their permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use VoyajeBoard to:
-Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, or discriminatory purposes.
-Harass, impersonate, intimidate, dox, or exploit another person, brand, business, government agency, partner, moderator, or VoyajeBoard representative.
-Interfere with another user's trips, comments, content, account, or privacy.
-Misrepresent a booking, affiliate relationship, sponsorship, review, or endorsement.
-Evade enforcement by creating new accounts, using another person's account, or changing identifiers after a restriction.
-Use VoyajeBoard to violate travel laws, export controls, sanctions, safety restrictions, or partner terms.
Security and Technical Restrictions
To protect the Service and other travelers, you may not:
-Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or backend resources without authorization.
-Probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Service, or bypass rate limits, usage limits, security, authentication, content moderation, or access controls.
-Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where applicable law permits it.
-Upload malware, malicious links, or content designed to damage, burden, or intercept systems.
-Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
Automated Access and Scraping
You may not use bots, scripts, crawlers, or other automated systems to scrape, harvest, index, or extract data from VoyajeBoard, and you may not create accounts in bulk, without our prior written permission. Travel content, partner content, reviews, and destination data are sourced under provider terms and may not be collected or republished in ways those terms prohibit.
Authenticity and Disclosure
Reviews, ratings, comments, and trip content should reflect genuine, first-hand experience. You may not post fake or incentivized reviews, manipulate ratings, or run fake engagement. If you have a business, financial, sponsorship, or personal relationship with a place, partner, or product you mention, disclose that relationship clearly and close to the content.
Enforcement and Consequences
VoyajeBoard may use automated filters, user reports, moderator review, account history, and other signals to detect violations. Automated tools may make mistakes, and moderator decisions may consider context, severity, risk, and repeat behavior. When a violation occurs, VoyajeBoard may take one or more of the following actions, as appropriate:
-Warn the user or remove, restrict, or hide the content.
-Limit features, hide a profile, or block distribution of content.
-Suspend or terminate the account.
-Preserve evidence and report matters to law enforcement or relevant authorities where appropriate. VoyajeBoard aims to review reported content and remove, restrict, hide, or disable violating content within 24 hours of a report, when reasonably practicable. Serious safety, legal, child safety, sexual exploitation, or threat-related reports may be escalated more quickly. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned.
Reporting Violations
If you see content or conduct that may violate this Policy, use the in-app report option on comments, reviews, photos, trip-share content, or profiles, or contact us at support@voyajeboard.com. If there is an emergency or immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services first. If you believe content or an account was restricted by mistake, you may appeal by contacting support@voyajeboard.com with the content, the account email, and a short explanation.We review appeals in good faith but may keep action in place where safety, legal, or platform integrity requires it.
Relationship to Other Policies
This Policy works together with the VoyajeBoard Terms of Service, End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. Using VoyajeBoard means you agree to follow all of them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as VoyajeBoard changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law or app marketplace rules. Continued use of VoyajeBoard after an update means the updated Policy applies.
