Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Voyajer Media LLC ("VoyajeBoard," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of VoyajeBoard, including the mobile app, web surfaces, features, content, and services we provide (collectively, the "Service"). VoyajeBoard, the voyajeboard.com website, and the VoyajeBoard mobile and browser apps are properties of Voyajer Media LLC. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the VoyajeBoard Privacy Policy.If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years of age to use VoyajeBoard. If you use VoyajeBoard on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that company or organization, and "you" includes that company or organization.

Free Core and Optional Plus

VoyajeBoard offers a free core service and an optional VoyajeBoard Plus subscription for premium enhancements. Core planning, collaboration, shared budgeting, and destination discovery remain useful without a subscription. Plus subscriptions are managed through the applicable app store account and may include trial, monthly, or annual options when available. App store billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and introductory offer eligibility rules apply to those subscriptions.Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled, and you can review or cancel a subscription through your app store account settings. The current price and any trial terms are shown to you before you confirm a purchase. VoyajeBoard is also supported by affiliate booking commissions, native sponsored content, and future business products. Sponsored or partner-supported placements are clearly labeled before you tap.

Account Registration and Termination

You may need an account to use core VoyajeBoard features. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised. You may stop using VoyajeBoard at any time. You may request account deletion through the in-app Delete Account flow or by contacting support@voyajeboard.com.We may suspend or terminate your account, remove content, or limit access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, abused the Service, infringed rights, or used VoyajeBoard in a way that could harm the Service, our partners, or the public.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

-Use VoyajeBoard for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, or discriminatory purposes.

-Upload, post, or share objectionable, violent, exploitative, illegal, or infringing content.

-Harass, impersonate, intimidate, dox, or exploit another person.

-Interfere with another user's trips, comments, content, account, or privacy.

-Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or backend resources without authorization.

-Probe, scan, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, or disrupt the Service.

-Use bots, automation, or bulk account creation without our written permission.

-Upload malware, malicious links, or content designed to damage or intercept systems.

-Misrepresent a booking, affiliate relationship, sponsorship, review, or endorsement.

-Use VoyajeBoard to violate travel laws, export controls, sanctions, safety restrictions, or partner terms. VoyajeBoard includes reporting, blocking, moderation, and account-deletion tools. We may review reported content and take action consistent with our policies, legal obligations, and app marketplace requirements. The VoyajeBoard Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines provide more detail on prohibited content and conduct.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to VoyajeBoard, including trips, notes, comments, reviews, photos, daybook entries, receipts, and travel feed posts ("User Content"). You grant VoyajeBoard a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, modify for formatting, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the Service.This license includes making shared trip content available to the trip members, collaborators, or viewers you choose. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate law, these Terms, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others. When you delete User Content or your account, we will delete or de-identify data consistent with our Privacy Policy, technical limits, backup retention, shared-trip collaboration needs, and legal obligations.

Affiliate Links and Partner Bookings

VoyajeBoard may show booking links, activity links, hotel links, flight links, destination links, sponsored placements, or other partner-supported calls to action from partners such as Booking.com, Viator, TripAdvisor, Skyscanner, GetYourGuide, and similar travel providers. VoyajeBoard may earn a commission, referral fee, or other compensation when you tap a partner link or complete a booking with a partner. Your price is not increased because of VoyajeBoard's commission. Bookings are made with the partner, not VoyajeBoard.When you tap a booking link, leave VoyajeBoard, or continue on a partner website or app, the partner's terms, privacy policy, cancellation rules, refund rules, accessibility practices, loyalty rules, taxes, fees, and customer support process apply. VoyajeBoard is not the merchant of record, travel provider, hotel, airline, activity operator, booking agent, insurer, or payment processor for partner bookings unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.You are responsible for reviewing partner details before booking, including dates, prices, fees, cancellation policies, visa or entry requirements, safety requirements, accessibility needs, refund rules, and traveler names.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain personal data. By using VoyajeBoard, you agree that we may process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Ownership

VoyajeBoard, including its software, designs, logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, copy, databases, APIs, workflows, the voyajeboard.com website, and non-user content, is owned by Voyajer Media LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we do not grant you any ownership or license in VoyajeBoard intellectual property.You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except where permitted by law or by our written permission. Third-party content, partner content, maps, destination data, reviews, images, activity content, and booking data may be owned by their respective providers and subject to their terms.

Travel Information and AI Features

VoyajeBoard may provide destination information, itinerary suggestions, AI-generated planning content, weather, currency conversions, travel alerts, flight-related information, maps, reviews, activity details, and other travel content. Some planning suggestions are generated with the help of third-party artificial intelligence providers, and content produced or assisted by AI is identified as such where reasonably practicable. Travel information can change quickly and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.AI-generated content can be wrong or incomplete. You should independently verify important travel details, including safety conditions, entry requirements, local laws, booking details, prices, times, cancellation rules, health guidance, and transportation status. VoyajeBoard does not provide legal, medical, safety, financial, immigration, insurance, or professional travel advice.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoyajeBoard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, reliability, accuracy, or security. We do not guarantee that VoyajeBoard will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available in every location, compatible with every device, or free from harmful components.We are not responsible or liable for partner booking disputes, partner cancellations, partner refunds, partner pricing changes, duplicate charges, loyalty credit issues, taxes, fees, overbooking, denied boarding, denied entry, accommodation disputes, activity disputes, partner customer support delays, partner website or app failures, or any acts or omissions of third-party travel providers. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoyajeBoard, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, bookings, travel opportunities, or business, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoyajeBoard's total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid VoyajeBoard to use the consumer Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. For free-core users, this cap will usually be USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VoyajeBoard, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Service, User Content, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice when required by law or app marketplace rules. Continued use of VoyajeBoard after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer protection law requires a different governing law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [Insert venue after counsel review] , unless applicable law allows or requires a different forum. You and VoyajeBoard consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
