Community Guidelines
Overview
VoyajeBoard is for planning trips with people you trust, discovering places with care, and sharing travel advice that helps someone else have a better day on the road. These guidelines are not exhaustive. VoyajeBoard may act when needed to protect travelers, the service, legal rights, or the integrity of the community. VoyajeBoard is operated by Voyajer Media LLC.
Welcome
The best contributions are specific, useful, honest, and generous. Tell people what helped, what surprised you, and what you would do differently next time.
What We Love
Real trip notes, photos, reviews, comments, and tips from your own experience.
Respectful disagreement that gives context instead of attacking a person.
Practical details like accessibility, timing, budget, safety, weather, and booking tips.
Clear disclosure when you have a business, sponsorship, or personal relationship with a place or partner.
What We Remove
VoyajeBoard may remove, limit, hide, or review content that creates safety, trust, legal, or product-integrity risk.
Spam, scams, fake engagement, repetitive promotions, misleading links, or attempts to manipulate ratings.
Harassment, threats, bullying, sexual exploitation, doxxing, private personal data, or targeted humiliation.
Hate speech or dehumanizing attacks based on protected traits, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, caste, or immigration status.
Illegal activity, dangerous instructions, explicit sexual content in public spaces, or content that puts minors at risk.
Copyright or trademark misuse, stolen photos, copied reviews, or content you do not have permission to share.
False reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements, impersonation, or content that misrepresents a booking, place, traveler, or partner.
How To Report
Use the report option on comments, reviews, photos, trip-share content, or profiles when something may violate these guidelines.
Pick the closest reason and add details if context would help the moderation team.
Blocking or hiding a traveler changes your own experience; reporting asks VoyajeBoard to review the content.
If there is an emergency or immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services first.
What Happens Next
Reports go to a moderation queue. We review the content, reporter context, recent report history, and available account signals before taking action.
We may dismiss a report, remove content, warn a user, restrict or ban an account, or escalate a matter for legal review.
High-risk categories such as threats, hate, sexual safety, and illegal content are prioritized.
Some automated protections may hide high-confidence spam while a human review is pending.
How To Appeal
If you believe we made a mistake, contact support at support@voyajeboard.com with the content, account email, and a short explanation. We will review appeals in good faith, but may keep action in place where safety, legal, or platform integrity requires it.
