The Basics
VoyajeBoard is a travel planning app. Each trip gets its own board that keeps your itinerary, budget, bookings, and saved places together. Destination guides and a Destination Quiz help you decide where to go in the first place.
Both. A trip belongs to you until you invite someone, so a solo trip stays simple. Group tools such as shared expense splits appear once another traveler joins the trip.
Connect with a travel companion, then invite them to a trip and choose their role. An Owner manages the trip and who is on it, an Editor helps update the plan, and a Viewer can follow along without making changes. Comments and the Trip Feed keep decisions next to the plan. VoyajeBoard Free does not limit how many people you invite.
You can take the Destination Quiz and read destination guides and travel stories without signing up. To save quiz results, plan trips, or track a budget, create a free account. If you sign up on the same device, your latest quiz result is saved to your account.
VoyajeBoard is built for iPhone and for web browsers. One account works on both, so your trips stay in sync. An Android app is not available yet.
Not fully. Saving changes and syncing a trip with other travelers need an internet connection. When your connection drops, the app tells you, and some things you have already opened, such as destination photos, can still display.
Plans And Pricing
Yes. VoyajeBoard Free lets you plan solo or with others, keep up to three trips in motion at once, read every destination guide, take the Destination Quiz, track budgets, and split expenses. It is supported by clearly labeled ads.
Plus adds unlimited trips, Smart Itinerary and Smart Packing from VeeBee, the Budget Quiz for a personalized budget plan, your personal Trip Daybook, and ad-free planning. It costs $5.99 per month or $49.99 per year, and the price is shown again before you confirm a purchase.
A Free account can try Plus free for 7 days, once. You need a verified email address but no payment method. The trial ends on its own, so nothing renews and nothing is charged. Trials are limited to one per person, email address, and device.
Yes. Plus renews automatically until you cancel. On iPhone, cancel at any time in your App Store account subscription settings. If you subscribed in a web browser, email support and we will cancel it for you. Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your Free account stays as it was.
VeeBee is the AI planning assistant in VoyajeBoard Plus. It drafts itineraries and packing lists for your trip, and nothing is added until you review it. Plus includes up to 10 VeeBee requests a day. AI suggestions can be wrong, so check important details such as opening hours and entry rules with official sources.
From VoyajeBoard Plus subscriptions, clearly labeled ads and sponsored placements in VoyajeBoard Free, and commissions from booking partners. When you book through a partner link, VoyajeBoard may earn a commission. Your price does not go up because of it, and the booking is made with the partner, who handles changes and refunds.
VoyajeBoard stores what it needs to run the features you use, such as your account, trips, and expenses. It does not sell your personal information, does not collect your device's advertising identifier, and does not use advertising cookies or cross-app tracking. Sponsored placements are chosen by the destination or content you are viewing, not by tracking you.
Yes. In Settings you can request a copy of your data or delete your account. Data exports are delivered within 24 hours. After you delete your account, your account data is usually deleted or de-identified within 30 days, and backups are kept for up to 90 days. Some records are kept longer when the law requires it.
