App license
Overview
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Voyajer Media LLC ("VoyajeBoard," "we," "us," or "our") for the VoyajeBoard mobile application and related features (the "App"). The App and related VoyajeBoard properties are owned and operated by Voyajer Media LLC. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.
License
The App is a travel planning application that helps people plan trips, discover destinations, organize shared itineraries, track budgets, and open partner booking links. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, VoyajeBoard grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use the App on a device that you own or control, for your personal and non-commercial trip planning use, in accordance with the usage rules of the app marketplace through which you obtained the App.The App is licensed, not sold. VoyajeBoard and its licensors keep all rights, title, and interest in the App that are not expressly granted to you under this Agreement.
Restrictions
VoyajeBoard and its licensors keep all rights not expressly granted to you. You may not:
-Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or host the App except as allowed by this Agreement.
-Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App, except where applicable law permits it.
-Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, rate limits, usage limits, content moderation, or access controls.
-Use the App to build a competing product or service.
-Use automated systems to scrape, crawl, index, harvest, or extract data from the App without our written permission.
-Introduce malware, harmful code, or excessive requests that could damage, burden, or disrupt the App.
-Use the App in a way that violates law, third-party rights, travel provider rules, payment rules, wireless data rules, or platform terms.
Accounts and Eligibility
You may need an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. You are responsible for activity under your account, including content posted by anyone using your credentials. You may not create an account if you are barred from using the App under applicable law or if we previously terminated your account for violating this Agreement.If you use the App on behalf of a company, trip group, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept this Agreement for that organization. VoyajeBoard may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you violated this Agreement, created risk for other users, infringed rights, misused the App, attempted to avoid enforcement, or created legal, security, operational, or trust and safety risk.We may also remove or restrict content, trips, comments, media, profiles, reviews, or other activity tied to an account. You may request account deletion in the App where available. For most account data, VoyajeBoard aims to complete deletion within 30 days after a valid deletion request, subject to identity verification, security review, backups, legal obligations, dispute records, fraud prevention, tax records, payment records, safety logs, and information we are required or permitted to retain.Some retained records may be de-identified, limited, or kept only as needed for lawful business, security, compliance, or dispute purposes.
User-Generated Content
The App lets users create, upload, save, share, and display user-generated content, including trip plans, itinerary items, comments, photos, media, expenses, reviews, profile information, travel feed activity, and related notes ("User Content"). You keep ownership of User Content that you create, subject to the rights you grant below.By submitting User Content to the App, you grant VoyajeBoard a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, format, modify for technical or accessibility purposes, and otherwise use that User Content as needed to operate, improve, secure, support, and provide the App.This license includes showing your User Content to people you share trips with, members of your groups, people who can view your profile or travel feed, moderators, support personnel, and technical service providers who help operate the App. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all rights needed to submit it and that your User Content does not violate this Agreement, any law, or any third-party right.Do not post private, sensitive, confidential, or regulated information unless you have the legal right and a practical reason to do so.
Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
VoyajeBoard has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not upload, post, transmit, encourage, organize, promote, or link to content or behavior that includes:
-Hate speech, discrimination, dehumanizing content, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, immigration status, or other protected traits.
-Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, humiliation, targeted abuse, doxxing, unwanted sexual attention, or coordinated abuse.
-Sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, solicitation of sexual services, or pornographic content.
-Graphic violence, threats, incitement, instructions to commit violence, praise of violent harm, self-harm encouragement, or content that creates a credible safety risk.
-Illegal content, criminal solicitation, fraud, trafficking, weapons sales, illegal drug sales, sanctions violations, or instructions for unlawful activity.
-Intellectual property infringement, including unauthorized copyrighted material, trademarks, trade secrets, or content that violates another person's publicity or privacy rights.
-Spam, scams, phishing, deceptive links, malware, manipulative engagement schemes, fake reviews, or promotional content that is not authorized by VoyajeBoard.
-Impersonation of another person, brand, business, government agency, partner, moderator, or VoyajeBoard representative.
-Scraping, harvesting, collecting, or publishing another user's personal information without permission.
-Content that is otherwise abusive, unsafe, deceptive, exploitative, or inconsistent with a respectful travel planning community. VoyajeBoard may use automated filters, user reports, moderator review, account history, and other signals to detect violations. Automated tools may make mistakes, and moderator decisions may consider context, severity, risk, and repeat behavior.
Reports, Removals, and Bans
Users may report offensive, unsafe, infringing, or otherwise violating content or accounts through in-app reporting tools or by contacting us. VoyajeBoard reserves the right to review reported content and remove, restrict, hide, or disable violating content within 24 hours of receiving a report, when reasonably practicable. Serious safety, legal, sexual exploitation, child safety, or threat-related reports may be escalated more quickly.We may warn users, remove content, limit features, hide profiles, block distribution, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report matters to law enforcement or relevant authorities where appropriate. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned. Attempting to evade enforcement by creating new accounts, using another person's account, or changing identifiers is prohibited. If you believe your content or account was restricted by mistake, you may contact us at the address below.We are not required to restore content or accounts where we reasonably believe a violation occurred or where restoration would create risk.
Travel Information and Partner Bookings
The App helps people plan trips, discover destinations, organize shared itineraries, track budgets, and access partner booking links. Travel information can change quickly. Weather, flight, alert, destination, review, price, availability, visa, safety, health, and booking information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.You are responsible for verifying important travel information directly with airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, government agencies, venue operators, booking partners, and other official sources before making decisions. VoyajeBoard may earn a commission when you tap a partner link or complete a booking with a partner. Your price is not increased because of VoyajeBoard's commission. Bookings are made with the partner, not VoyajeBoard, and the partner's terms and policies apply to those bookings.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App offers a free core experience and an optional VoyajeBoard Plus subscription. Plus subscriptions are sold and processed through your app store account, not by VoyajeBoard directly. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the chosen billing period unless you cancel before the end of the current period through your app store account settings. The price, billing interval, and any introductory or free trial terms are shown to you before you confirm a purchase.Where an introductory free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends. Refunds and billing adjustments for app store purchases are handled by the app store under its own policies. Partner booking commissions do not unlock digital content in the App.
App Store and Platform Terms
The following terms apply when you obtain the App from the Apple App Store. To the extent there is any conflict between this Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms or App Store usage rules, the applicable Apple terms govern with respect to your use of the App obtained from the App Store.
-This Agreement is between you and VoyajeBoard only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
-Your license to use the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules in the applicable Apple terms.
-Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
-If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the App, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
-Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession or use of the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
-Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
-You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
-Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
-You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. If you obtain the App from another marketplace, the usage rules and developer terms of that marketplace apply in addition to this Agreement.
Third-Party Services and Terms
The App may integrate with third-party services such as app store platforms, backend hosting, maps, weather, flight information, AI providers, payment services, affiliate networks, travel suppliers, review providers, storage providers, analytics tools, and crash-reporting tools. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.VoyajeBoard is not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, content, terms, privacy practices, outages, or actions.
No Warranty
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. VoyajeBoard disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, availability, security, and error-free operation. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, current, or free of harmful components.We do not warrant that travel information, AI outputs, recommendations, budgets, estimates, alerts, translations, or partner content will be accurate or suitable for your needs. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, VoyajeBoard and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, travel disruption, booking losses, personal injury, property damage, or substitute services, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.To the maximum extent allowed by law, VoyajeBoard's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the App or this Agreement will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid VoyajeBoard to use the App in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VoyajeBoard and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your User Content, your use of the App, your violation of this Agreement, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.
Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by reasonable means, such as in-app notice, email, release notes, or an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after the updated Agreement becomes effective means you accept the changes. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the App and may request account deletion.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to the App if you violate this Agreement or if we stop offering the App. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination, including sections about intellectual property, User Content licenses granted before deletion, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and contact information.
Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless the laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or the App. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
